Everything is good except no work life balance

No work life balance Under staff in majority of the teams which leads the existing staff to work for more than 13-14 hours. Long working hours Companys work culture is excellent However upper and middle management bring their own toxic culture from outside and turn good workplace into bad.

This used to be the best company to work for, but now it’s definitely turned out to be the worst. Illogical MDs and EDs. They make operations staff work on automations and codes, how ridiculous is that? This year people received 4 to 5 % hike while they spent 4000 crores to set up this new bangalore and mumbai office. HR department in this company is a joke. They have something called CADP program where a fresher does coding and automations for 1.5 years and suddenly gets promoted to manager while people with 10 plus years experience in operations are treated like shit. This is the worst organisation i ever worked with in my entire career. Unrealistic expectations, Unsustainable automations, micro management, useless decks ans constant push culture.
