I like the way I get salary on time and shift timings yes there were times I was happy with work and was happy with manager later on it turned into bad dream
There are so many. They dd support me to give WFH even if am getting married and I gilot divorced and ky husband has torchured me beat me in 1 month of marriage due to which I couldn't able to focus on work I missed all the updates in 3 mnths, I was going thru trauma and in this situation my manager torchured me every 15 days sayingthat she will keep me in PIP.. Which was like black mailing and finally she kept me and I couldn't poke up my work.. She use to mail me y dd u long break y do u want leaves and finally d came I got terminated all of a sudden in one day.. Jp Morgan was my dream and my goal company but unfortunately left company like this and I don't like there is no job security for girls.. Before me there was girl named babitha was terminated same with PIP.. I donno never a boy terminated from my process. No one will take this responsibility of this tremination. It goes till ages.. I don't want this remark on jp Morgan due to few persons in offc.. Please remove this termination process from jp so that future coming girls would be safe and secure with job. And wfh they never use to give it to candidates who are low perfomers. They usent behave good with low performers please suffle managers with in sanctions and pep streams.. Thet are like horrible. Yes I do believe that I was not up to the mark bcze I dd go thrubso many issues in life forcible marriage. Then failure of marriage then divorce and the this low performance and more breaks and leaves but how come an employee serve without support.. At least they should have changed the stream of low perfomers.. I donno this confidental data will remain how much confidential and no action will be taken.. Please jo Morgan finally I request u to remove this pip termination.. Once I don't have home to stay so stayed with my frnds home at this point of time jp ddnt support me and everyone knows my issue its not that am lying.. Anyways.. Extreme office politics. You are compelled to compete amongst your own teammates. No good projects. You just keep fixing issues in prod. Strict 5 days WFO. No work life balance Under staff in majority of the teams which leads the existing staff to work for more than 13-14 hours. Long working hours Companys work culture is excellent However upper and middle management bring their own toxic culture from outside and turn good workplace into bad.

This used to be the best company to work for, but now it’s definitely turned out to be the worst. Illogical MDs and EDs. They make operations staff work on automations and codes, how ridiculous is that? This year people received 4 to 5 % hike while they spent 4000 crores to set up this new bangalore and mumbai office. HR department in this company is a joke. They have something called CADP program where a fresher does coding and automations for 1.5 years and suddenly gets promoted to manager while people with 10 plus years experience in operations are treated like shit. It has work life balance to some extent as it can be seen in some job profiles not all. They value their employees and constantly help them in growing technical skills.
Management people within the organization are not able to maintain JP Morgan true work culture policy which creates dissatisfaction and unrest among employees. Quality of work degrades as their criteria for promotion for all roles revolves around automation of process even in core finance role which is not right.

Company culture is very professional and good. Colleagues are obviously genius so can get chance to learn more. JP is a big brand and they maintains their reputation in all manners by providing nice infrastructure, facilities and healthcare support.

Managers do not care what your interest area of work instead they will force you to learn something they have in the project. And if you refuse to learn they will give you very poor rating and they will stop your salary hike for the year.
