This is a division of JPMC previously known as Tavisca. Too much politics and Favouritism for previously hired folks. Managers like folks who licks their boot. No career growth. Managers Running companies like they own it. Very unhealthy environment. Leads will give negative feedback if their CTC is lower than others.

CIB SST TA team is pathetic. Worst project of my career. Favouritism. Unbelievably impossible deadlines. Minimum 14 hours work per day continuously. No comp offs no leave policy , always on call, multiple releases per month on weekends, everything is critical. Micromanagement is encouraged. Sometimes i felt even managers were helpless, no option. Only cunning people who blame on others can survive, others will end up messing of their health. You will be low key forced to contribute to company and CIB initiatives even if your project has too much of work and have no time. Developers are treated like labour. Most of the AVP and VPs are dumb. Managers showoff that they are superior and never approachable. But advise team members approachable. They hire as they like and don’t worry if anyone resigns and goes Pay is too less. 8% is avg hike. Company is good. It has good policies for their employees. Providing decent salary, good bonus and other great perquisites. Employees transportation and insurance cost is borne by the company and not charged from employees. Every employee is covered not just under medical insurance but under term life insurance also.
1. No leave encashment policy. Balance leaves will be encashed only if you are leaving the company. 2. With respect to work life balance this company is not too good. 3. This company is not an HR oriented company. Meaning it is little bit difficult to approach HR. I am not much aware of whether HR is taking any sessions or interacting with operations employees to know the working situation.
Work policy: As per company policy its 3 days work from office and 2 days work from home but it depends upon the team you are working in. You will have to be in office everyday if team manager wants.
