Infrastructure, NKP location is top notch. Facilities available to the employees are also good

It's not at all what it looks like. Management and leadership is extremely bias and too bossy. Zero people management skills. Your leaders will never practice what they preach and will only act all caring when Global leaders come on site. It's all show but inside beurocracy and they way they treat employees are not good. You will eventually get frustrated and leave.

What motivated me initially was the salary they offered me when I started and for the years after the increment was decent enough based on ones performance.

They say the entire management follows the concept of being the guiding star for its employees..that's not true at all in many cases..

staying at J P Morgan you get ample learnings and trainings. Automation tools are there that one can utilize in day to day activities. Apart from work they do focus on Employee fitness and health

Promotions and appraisal are not up to mark. Minimal or no increment when you move internally.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for was JP Morgan. Leadership and other team members make offensive remarks about gender and complexity. When someone takes an unplanned or sick leave, team members often does not react emphatically and don't understand why. What's more surprising is that the leadership encourages this behavior, and if issues are raised, they will ask to ignore them rather than address the problem. It leads to a lack of confidence. Employees will just put in more work even when the leadership is aware that they are dealing with personal issues. I was asked not to take leave while I was coping with the personal loss. A complete employee friendly organization and the entire management is really approachable. Work-life balance is perfectly balanced, at times one may need to stretch, but organization never encourage it. Salary at par, and great perks given too.

Dislikes

No wfh option available with the recent changes announced by the top management. However flexibility will be given based on personal requirements, fingers crossed.
