Iam out from the company on last year nov .3. 2023 but I haven’t received my work experience proper reliving until april. 2024 , I keep on asking them my documents but no proper response. I have filled their exit formalities more than 5 to 6 times always communicating through mail and mobile as well but the answer was you will get it today or tomorrow or may be I need to check in spam folder for documents they always saying same words. And I have joined here perminent employee but my client informed me you are temp while relieved. They have to inform me at least 2 or 1 month before my end date , but they don’t they informed 2nd week of month I will out from the company same month itself<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. One thing i like about joules to watts is, once you take the offer from them, they will never bother to call you and be in touch with you.

There should be no promotions in terms of career growth, no salary increment even if you work for more than 2 years, and coming to work life balance, you will know once you join.
