Salary never on time, they will hold 1 week salary and 1 week they will delay giving silly reasons like bank issue, money got reverted back. Etc Not much clients they have, They do show off but , no they don't have anything if one project ends No bench policy, they won't pay if not billable HR can fire you any day without notice Management is pathetic Once u have joined, u will not get salary untill u got started wil client, they will tell you stories about SOW and BGV and it will be delayed....Read More

One thing i like about joules to watts is, once you take the offer from them, they will never bother to call you and be in touch with you.

Dislikes

There should be no promotions in terms of career growth, no salary increment even if you work for more than 2 years, and coming to work life balance, you will know once you join.

Everything. No proper structure,hierarchy. CEO don’t give respect to anybody because she tells it’s her company. Timings is from 9 to 7. Join with your own risk. Tells us to do unethical things like lying to candidates.

- For honesy review connect with recruiters working in J2W through linkedin. Do not listen to Managers, ceo or leads. -There are only 3 managers that are good out of 20-30 mangers. If you report to them then good, else I pray for you to get out safely. - I must admit work ethics are on 100% mark.

- Horrible Culture. - Leads there will shout recruiters salary openly on floor and ask to work. If that girls manager (DGM) reports to CEO to fight for victim, CEO will sack that person (DGM) and ask to leave. Because the lead is generating business. - If your a recruiter, god bless, sometimes even CEO will come and ask you how manySubmissions - Industry wise 2/5 rating for Salary. 1/5 for incentives. It's competetors give high salaries and handsome incentives even though they are not even 50% revenue of J2W. - They will hire you and fire you anytime. - And yes please connect with people in linkedin who are currently working in J2W.
