The work pressure is very high. sometime. I have to Work 14-18 hour Straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in evening and sometime late into the night .Managers do not Value an individuals Unique strengths , Which is why i have to take back my Suggestions mostly .

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
