Nothing better than other companies. Basics like salary on time and hybrid working culture are some pointers but those are very normal ones.

Dislikes

1. Their joining bonus is actually a bond for 2 years. Do not fall for it. 2. Too much of Micro management culture can be seen from top to bottom. 3. They will update their leave policy every year in Dec. This is the top curated task that they will do every year to ensure employees do not enjoy leave benefits for some reason. Make sure you confirm leave policy before joining. Leaves are pro-rata basis. They accumulate in decimals in your account(Funny. Isn't it?). 4. Nothing to like in this company. Seniors doesn't even talk. They just fire evryone. When we ask managers they say we can't do anything. They just don't have any project.

Dislikes

Very very bad experience. Please don't join this company as a fresher or an experienced person. They don't have project. They make us to sit on bench then they just fire everyone without a prior notice.

Ruining of my skills. Being an Angular Developer, I was hired with a false promise of working on JavaScript tech stack. But in the project I was not given the work I was promised instead get the KT to work on a tool. No Job Security. Extremely disappointed with JK tech handling of employee resignation/termination. I have seen colleagues getting laid off or forced to resign under pressure within few days of project release and they aren't paid full salaries. They ask new employees to go and provide good feedback on Glassdoor and Ambition box, creating a false image of company when everything is in chaos....Read More
