working as a group is good and there is career opportunities to learn and grow.

Dislikes

There is lot of groupism and discrimination between north indians and south indians, funds that are received for company projects are wasted for useless things like buying fridge for office, unnecessary restructuring of places and reconstructions in every 6 months.Similarly people themselves are not very sure of what is the actual deadline where the project completion can be reached. In important meetings there is unnecessary chit chats. People have a lot of ego clash among themselves. Words given are never followed at the end. Especially there is a lot of money to waste on unnecessary things but when time comes to raise pay for the colleagues, there is no money.
