My First job at Reliance jio Infotech ltd. As a jio point assistant manager. As we know that in this pandemic situation of Covid-19. Where as many company are remove their employees and cut off salaries. But in jio i think your job and your family is safe under the roof of jio. In this pandemic situation company never said that to remove from organization. Company organize work from home🏠, Where all employ should work Transperntly from there home. Without going a office. Our boss means line manager and colleague are very helpful they raised there hand in every situation. Company norms and policies are very good,fair and strict. At jio we work 1.6 yr in this period we acquired knowledge about, how to deal with customer, customer satisfaction , what he exactly need. But i think jio is rapid growth company your career is safe but you didn't satisfied with your responsibility and salary. Company give us every month new target🎯 we acquired this at any cost,every month we need to come in growth over last month revenue..
