Barely 5 to 7 percent when you do good and lik your boss AAA. 6. No promotion, no recognition, no team lunch no outing no nothing 7. You can be PIP or fired if you disagree with Manager . HR has no power 8. Bad leave policies, they are having least leave across jio 9. Just work and get CTC. Your CTC is will be same after 4yrs as you wont be earning anything I.e hike or promotions 10.
