Countless dislikes: 1. Terrible work culture. 2. Leaders having no clear vision. 3. No hike for certain teams. 4. Constant micromanagement. Will call u even if u a re away for 5 mins. 5. Permanent work from office. Need to mandatorily complete 9 hrs, gets easily extended to 12 hrs. 6. Snake colleague's and rude manager.

Nothing to like in this company very less salary only every December they cut 500 from in-hand salary I am working from 2 years they cut 1500 from my in-hand salary. Very difficult to live in Mumbai no increment only decrement.

worst culture between teams.no helping nature between teams.managers hold their employees not to help other employees . apprisal cycle closes in april but will be released in october. very less hikes every year. you have to sit 9 hours in office otherwise it will mark absent. upper management has to take care of this and end politics here. everyone speaks in hindi or marathi and had to remind constantly to speak in english in team meetings....Read More

Startup like culture, fast paced, new technologies, learning opportunity

Dislikes

Management is worst, there are no sick leaves. Working hours is is always 11+ and sometime 15 hrs. No WFH even if you are sick, HR's are to lazy to reply even though sometime for a month until and unless you add their senior in mail. No comp-off for extra hours and working on saturday sunday.

Flexible work environment, possibility to work on multiple projects

Dislikes

No transparency on appraisal cycles, always delayed. Less opportunities to pick up new skills by working in different tech as majority of projects are in Node.js. At times there might be too much of ad-hoc requirements and poor clarity on planning from the management.

Its a very terrible place to work in where undeserving people hold posts in senior management and exploit their subordinates. It ruins the futures of tier 3 college placement students. My manager puts freshers into testing roles based on their JEE grades. JEE grades! He gives ratings based based on whether he likes them or not instead of rating them according to their actual work. Its the worst

The salary is very less. Whole upper management is filled with people from Mumbai only. At times, people abuse in the meetings as well leaving the professionalism behind. Work culture is at times toxic as well.
