Dislikes

Supervisor related problems mostly faced. He did not approach me in a good manner in terms of logically. Also did not have any chance of promotions. As he promoted teams where they did not know any of the things. Where I trained in terms of some data, validations, presentations. My supervisor just present it infront of client and also did not recognise me in any happy situations

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Leaves are not approved even if we are unwell. Only positive thing is career growth BUT without proper increment and appraisal. They want you to give them more outputs at low salaries.
