There is nothing to like about this company. As they are very much capable in giving you less salary , extraordinary political skills , degrading & demotivating employees . Also there is no support from managers side no matters what your fortay or department is all about . They always believe in blame game and sugar coating . Theremind set is really cheap ( talking about the people who are working here ) they are always interested in kiska kisse chakkar chlrha hai etc etc. If you are talking to your male friend and having a bro code type bond then all buddeh to jawan will starts teasing you & makes the environment negative for you to survive . There hobby is to mind the business of others instead of minding there own business . By the color of your clothes they Will tell you on your face ki chakkar hindu se h ya muslim se hai . In short paisa dene ki aukaat Nhi h inki baatein or gyaan lamba chauda hai or professionalism pr gyaan bhut pelaa jata h yha Lekin khud m koi professionalism ka P bhi nhi hai . Company is good and since they do have end to end clients then learning will be high. Even they do have good training and learning or development teams.
