While joining they say yes there is job related as you applying but only shopify work you will get. If you are fresher then they will give you data entry and billing work almost 4 to 5 month. Salary appraisal:- For fresher put conditions like first 2 to 3 month with out salary, next 2 to 3 month 5k next 6 month 8k after that they sadi show performance then you get appraisal but as i mention above they make you 4 to 5 month data entry and billings work then how we will get knowledge of work.
