They give good salary and flexibility with work.

No job security, they can terminate employee at any time, within 3 months they have terminated more than 40 employees while the entire headcount of the organization is 300. they do not follow follow the process of Performance Improvement plan or warn the employee if their performance is low rather terminate without any reason. As a manager I am writing this email.. don't spoil your career here...! Out of 20 years of experience this is the worst company I have ever worked.... ! Everyone has to follow one person's who is India head and if you don't follow him them you will be out, It's like dictatorship....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
