No job security, they can terminate employee at any time, within 3 months they have terminated more than 40 employees while the entire headcount of the organization is 300. they do not follow follow the process of Performance Improvement plan or warn the employee if their performance is low rather terminate without any reason. As a manager I am writing this email.. don't spoil your career here...! Out of 20 years of experience this is the worst company I have ever worked.... ! Everyone has to follow one person's who is India head and if you don't follow him them you will be out, It's like dictatorship.

Worst company ever worked, took leave for a surgery keeping them informed, they started marking LOP, even after having leave balance. When tried explaining them to get clarified, but they said they can't give leave more than 15days. They asked me give resignation, if not they going terminate me and they are not give releaving letter.

They are not at all Supportive ,They are not clear about there agenda,so many fake people are there.

Job Security is Not there,Till Feb they are telling us we will move to different process suddenly in this COVID situation they are telling us to leave.
