no proper communication channels HR and management non-responsive and inaccessible most times toxic culture no job security at all no transparent HR leave policies low salaries no appraisal or very low increment no employee wellness benefits lot of office politics job role and responsibilities didn't match what I signed up for no scope for career growth lack of trust in employees
