Overall company is good and growing in the last 2 years I never phase any problem related to my salary and all other aspects. You are learning so many new things here and Yes most importantly manager's are very nice and they understand your POV.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10.
