managemet senior level is very much underpressure people and mentally pressurizing specially collection Team.....last 5 years i am working my performance is always good but not any promotion , no sunday holiday, every sunday working no com off , what time i should give to my family ,they always pressurize me. only sales and collection company team targeted, only complete target.......Branch manager also not supports. he want only business and collection they didnt any help.......but that's not a mistake of company .....jana bank is very good company always thinking about the employees .In lockdown period they very much supported specially gave on time salary. HR team is good but i said to HR please call every month or quterly to our employee call and get back the feedback so you can control your management......Thank you very much i enjoyed very much working with janabank last 5 years. In the starting everything was good, team members, manager. After few months they started treating like daily wages worker.

Dislikes

HR policies, HR team was worst, they never interact with the employee for their queries or problem. If you ever tried to connect then they will block your number.
