Only salary are good and its come on time and now it is Jana small finance bank

Here work pressure is very high . I have to work 12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client late night and here work time is morning 7am to 4pm but I work daily 7 am to 7.30pm . And no Sunday off or only some festival are off
