Before the change of HR head in 2016 every thing was excellent. But after that everything has gone worse.

Dislikes

Since the change of Head HR, the graph w.r.t all the above points have come down. Company culture has drastically come down. Job security is Nil. Even ur hod can kick u out on his personal traits. Growth & Opportunities are only for buttering experts. So ther's no question of work satisfaction. Before the change in HR top seat everything was superb. All above points would have been marked 5 stars. Just don"t look at the building but explore from inside....Read More
