I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They provide good salaries increments but most of the organisation. Have lady managers they give more priority to lady managers or lady leaders. All the pillars in the organisation are lady managers which is not good to have. No improvement in technology, skills, no. Growth in skills and soft skills and its like startup culture.
