Getting salary on first day of everymonth month.

Dislikes

Firing company. Taking casual leave here is a big task. Senior head himself feels like a monster. No client handing. Here Favoritism only works. No identity for talent and sincere working.

The management is very friendly and supportive. The managers are helping team members and putting their efforts to make their team members successful. Management is very concerned about their employees, resolutions were immediate for all the problems. This is one of the best companies i have ever seen

Sincere working is tough. Pour some wine to manager srinivas erra and order food for him daily. You will survive easily. If U say no you will be fired easily .

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
