At the time of hiring , they say its a long term project and although its short term for only 3 months and after that they put you in bench and within 2 months you will be directly out of the company as per there policy. they don't have much projects as well, so within 2 months of time also u cannot go into any project. Worst ever salary and hike provision... Year after year they keep on defering hikes and when they give, they give peanuts. Few managers are very egoistic although most of them are very good

Some flexibility about work from home. Some groups are good where colleagues are helpful.

Poor HR system, no one responses for your queries. Typical non organised way to respond. Utterly pathetic management. No increment than less increment. Ranges from 0.5%-3%. I am working for a project since 9 months where customer has been demanding from Day1. ITC leadership made false and unrealistic commitments about delivery and we suffered.

- Only 60 days of Bench time - Projects and job role changes frequently - No appraisal communication by managers or HRs - Hike is much much below the market standards - So much manager driven, employees' opinion does not matter or even not considered -Manager's unnecessary monopoly

1. CEO Singh is only one who has a vision of orbit+ or AI and is trying hard to get team to execute. however, the down line is recently changed over last year - it's mostly a mess. Culture eats Strategy for breakfast and ITC infotech is classic example of it.

1. quite outdated hierarchy 2. most of the team dont know what they are doing or supposed to do 3. filled with fake resources from hyderabad - a lot of regionalism and language biasedness 4. no learning or development vouchers or partnership with SAP 5. all budgets are used by senior managers to fulfill their non-sense to get theirupper boss happy with drinks and foods 6. everyone is sitting up forming a group and patting each other backs...Read More

Nice location inside Bangalore, but traffic now is a problem. Migration projects are good. Team is dedicated and professional. ITC limited brand benefits is ITC hotel 25% off.

Dislikes

Hike is negligible. Salary gets delayed by 6 months and no arrears are paid for those. There is no clear communication from HR on the performance rating or from immediate manager and once salary hike is credited we must assume rating. No power of HR and Managers are treated like third class citizen.

They will commit you will get hike in coming appraisal even they agreed on mail, but at time of appraisal they denied given what we contract. They makes employees fool. Same thing happened to me . Not believe in words or even mail . If you want get it done within a month otherwise you are in trouble.
