Worst self centered untrusted leadership. There is absolute no vision, purpose or alignment from COO/CEO to the freshers work. Leadership is only aiming for self improvement at the cost of company assets like the people who work for the organization. The leadership is driving the organization to a downfall. Nice location inside Bangalore, but traffic now is a problem. Migration projects are good. Team is dedicated and professional. ITC limited brand benefits is ITC hotel 25% off.
Hike is negligible. Salary gets delayed by 6 months and no arrears are paid for those. There is no clear communication from HR on the performance rating or from immediate manager and once salary hike is credited we must assume rating. No power of HR and Managers are treated like third class citizen.

I don't like working at ITC Infotech. Salary is so low even after working and giving your best, and also getting awards and appreciations, they won't increase your salary and keep it only till 5 LPA for freshers even if you stay here for 4-5 years.

3% increment for average performers, Appraisal cycle is March to April but increment is effective from november. That means no arrears from April to October. HR won't tell you this!! Worst company to work for if you are looking for increment of ablut 8%-15%. Very few will get 8%. In my department IS 4,5,6 level all took promotions in the name of "managing teams" while no IS-A,1,2 employees got any promotions.
