I haven’t encountered anything interesting to like. Just the surviving by completing my tasks on regular basis.

Dislikes

Office culture. Internal politics. They hire you for one reason and ask you to work on others. If we do not perform as they requested. They will initiate PIP and bench them eventually.

Job Security is there unless you are a bad resource. They dont remove from project easily to anyone from PM, BA , Developer and QA areas Salary good compared to competitors. Too much onsite opportunity.

Hike given during switch. Less variable. Less employees so everyone in department knows everyone else.

Work Life balance totally depends on your project. Work from Anywhere has ended for all and now its hybrid 3 days. Some Managers I have interacted with are pretty rude making their teams work like machines 12-14 hrs a day to meet unrealistic deadlines. You can be put into projects with unrelated skillset and expected to upskill yourself on your own within 2 weeks.
