There are many more things to learn like mange man power, inventory, performance monitoring, service delivery at war footing, many types of reports, handling vendor and outsource payment and to take care of Operation and maintenance 24X7. As I have worked and learnt a lot.

This is not a dislike but I think there must be some cultural get together to meet with all the team members to have the gel between all the team. Something like a sports or any CSR program that could be very small. As the company is rising day by day, so there will be many good things in future.
