I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The company take all steps for employees safty during covid-19 lockdown situation. They daily screening all employees

Well, overall its good work with ishan netsol pvt LTD but only the thing that i dislike about company is they don't pay enough as compared to work

My work in ishan is to attend complaints on call and give them basic troubleshoot and if still issue not resolved then assign field engineer and resolve their issue
