Very very nice company as per my view I'm really happy to say that my carrier started from Ishan Netsol, NOC staff is really good and supported

The company take all steps for employees safty during covid-19 lockdown situation. They daily screening all employees

Well, overall its good work with ishan netsol pvt LTD but only the thing that i dislike about company is they don't pay enough as compared to work

My work in ishan is to attend complaints on call and give them basic troubleshoot and if still issue not resolved then assign field engineer and resolve their issue

This is the lala company culture. Hire and Fire in 3 month process only. Does not matter you have strong cases for closer.They only want to close OB with in 3 month otherwise they will terminnate you.
