Iris has good policy as MNC company. Working at iris work life is balanced.work culture is also good.

Dislikes

I have worked at iris more than 2 years. So i have seen that Iris has most of the support project. If you are from development background still wfm team allocate to you into support project. If you refuse to wfm team then they force you to resign from iris. I have seen in iris has small projects which are completed within 1.5 year.

The comfort you get while working is the most I like here. Work life is easy here and the different kind of support you get from the organization whether be your learning or your aspiring goals to achieve.

Dislikes

Need more technical people to come forward and contribute in building more alike people in the organization.

No job security, you'll always find a sword of being fired hanging around your neck. No stability. Since last two years there has been no appraisal. Work hours are pathetic, people don't care about norms or rules. Finish your work even if you are on hospital bed. There is a history of Iris, they hire and fire very often. So trustwould be a major issue if you are joining this organization. If you get on pip and no other project is there then you can be asked to leave. Dont get fooled by HR they try to xonvince you that there is jon security at the end it boils down to you and your skillset.
