Good organization for people from smaller towns/cities. People from modern/larger global setups wouldn’t be able to fit in the orthodox old school mannerisms of Iris Software

IRIS is very employee friendly in my experience so far. While meeting Client requirements, Company is quite adaptive in building employee friendly policies. Salary & Benefits are also quite competitive as per job market. while most of the work force is working from home, there is constant focus on self development & learning. Employees are encouraged to go for trainings & external certification.

Dislikes

Too early to find any dislike - so far so good.

As this is a clint based company so sometimes you will feel less secure related to job. Although talent team always there to align you in some other clients as well. You need to work on your skills to be matched with the client tasks.

They'll give more pkg than other companies comparatively. Small organization so you can reach everyone easily HR, Management etc.

Dislikes

Projects, very old techs mostly too old that you won't be able to google. Security, small duration projects 2 3 months so after that you'll be on bench/layoff. Sometime Iris feel like a middle man only, all your decision will be taken by client. Management won't even discuss with client. Join as last resort only.

Iris is a great place to work with employee centric policies. They have good work culture and work environment, promotes new ideas. People are very welcoming and support new employees. They have several training programs for growth and upskilling also promotes certifications as well. They really have very good maternity benefits and policies.

Company has a very warm and welcoming culture. Team is very practical and supportive towards new Joiners, very empathetic attitude internally. Open for communication, suggestion and colleagues' approach with helping mind. Great place to work.

I am working here for past 1.5 years. I find this org great place to work and one can think to stay here for a long run. Management encourages you to upskill your technology. Company culture is welcoming and they focus on work life balance
