They seriously lack projects and on top of that those non coding architects are making work environment abysmal. They want you to go home only once a year(ofc HRs express this in a creative way) No matter how good of a programmer you are if you can't be a personal assistant to your non coding architects good luck for job safety cause they'll press you hard for PIP. The only thing I like is unlike my project, other projects have a very good flexibility for the employees. They only have to do 4 hours of work on working days. Whereas my project needs me to login at 11:30 and logout at 9:30 PM.

what I don't like about this company is that there is no scope for the role change. I wanted to be a developer as I have a very good knowledge in that domain, but due to the company requirements, they gave me the role of tester, which honestly I don't like.

This is only for Pimcore department, HR favours some people , no good salary, you get promotion and awards if you do Bootlickin* only. Worst technology you will learn nothing and you cannot change your tech stack, for that you have to switch company. So if you are getting into Pimcore department just switch the company if you want to grow in career. Other departments are good.

When it comes to client location, they treating as a labour, management is not bothering. Peoples are resigning due to this, still management is looking forward to make happy the client. There will be no work life balance for employee.

100%job security even on bench you get total pay. Work env depends on your manager. For me it was very good. Learning is always the project you get. And, your efforts in any service provider company. After 3yrs. approx people get promoted as module lead from. Senior Very Flexible work timings ✌

-Food can be much much better. Just give different home like simple food thali for state wise people. People will be more happy. I am from other state, so food here makes me malnutritioned if I donk cook myself. -increments are not much every year. But, it's true again in all service organization. -it's very good 5* good to join company. Enjoy.

There is nothing to like about the company. Worst most service based company available in India. Not for anyone who is looking to start their first job.

Worst team to work up, no ethics. No work life balance. Your work will never be noticed as you will always be working on ur seniors responsibility and that senior will be taking up all the credit for ur work. Too much politica, worst setup to work. No schedule work time, ready to slog all night and weekends.
