I thought it is a great company to work with and lots to learn and put in 100% efforts to make this a long term employment but I strongly recommend not to join this company as it is made of lies and manipulation r from top management. Your hard work and talent will be better appreciated some other company.

Dislikes

Dirty politics at highest leadership levels in DSSM especially TB, SB and NJ. They decided whether to promote you or give you appraisal or not based on their wishes not on your performance. They mentally torture you and forced you to take decisions which are bad for career. Favoritism is done openly without fear of consequences. Promotions and great pay hikes are easy only if are in leaders good books. They put resources they don’t like in difficult situations forcing them to quit. For healthcare company leadership is least bothered about mental health or well being and will not appreciate talent or skills or hard work unless they find some usefulness out of you. They talk in insulting offensive aggressive tones and give fake reasons for their whimsical decisions. It's been more than 3 years I have joined in IQVIA, I would say it is the best company for freshers to learn and experience. Growth in a team with 100 people is difficult after 3 years. Hybrid flexibility
