they will fire u any time they will put in pip(performance improvement plan) and after that they will kick u out. Ya most of the organisation followed same step but here u will not learn any thing mns nothing !!! but with time u will get experience and nothing so over all what i am trying to convince if u have other opportunity then pls join. don't hesitate

The company culture is good as well as the work environment. The colleague are helpful and POC and SME are helping you if you face any problem.

Dislikes

What I dont like about the company is Work-life balance. You need to stretch your working hours and there is no overtime pay. Apart from that, the salary is not justified in which role you are working. Moreover, the incentive is pretty less and the promotion is sluggish.

It's been more than 3 years I have joined in IQVIA, I would say it is the best company for freshers to learn and experience. Growth in a team with 100 people is difficult after 3 years. Hybrid flexibility

I would say it depends on the project and the reporting manager, you may have a work stress and difficulty achieving target otherwise company work environment is great
