There was quite good work life balance, compensation is average

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Lack of growth and learning opportunity, no job security , vertical or horizontal movement in the company is not encouraged, mostly there is embargo on business travel

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
