*No Motor bike parking at peak hours *No lockers available for mobiles. Very slow n tedious process fallowed. * Cafeteria is far away. It's a general cafatira open for every one. III rd class. * They have a very heigh F.T.E attrition rate either they leave or are fired. * Force u to come on atleast 2 Saturdays. * Small company too much of politics.

There is no job security everything is depend on the c sat score no matter how's the other things is going on in your productivity, I worked there 3 months and in last 3 months. I have seen daily 2-3 people they asked to leave due to the same reason which make a negative impact in employee to work there overall the company is not good to work for long time it's a hard core BPO, so don't expect much from the company in return....Read More

Only heads up to the Recruitment team as they are very helpful and professionally supportive. Especially their manager (fair one and wears specs) being a manager he’s always available on call or in the interview area.

Completely Poor and Toxic work Environment. Negative workplace culture including office politics, Favoritisms or harassment can make it difficult to work productively. No job security. Now taking about Employee HR’s. They are completely unprofessional and never helpful. On the difficult times whenever we need them, they are never helpful and always say WE ARE BUSY RIGHT NOW. Basically on every organisation HR’s do be with their employees on floor for any kind of help but here they are 2 of them but are never available in office. Facilities are good, recruitment team is very friendly, helps in getting people selected, i was rejected 3 times, but they still helped me in giving chance in another process, i selected with 6 my friends by recruitment manager, fair complexion wear specs, i not know the name, is always there to help out if u r eligible and very friendly, he is manager but always in interview area, always available on phone when u call him. good manager, stan and prince sir is gud, very helpful. hourly salary i like the idea, and 2 times salary in a month....Read More
