Salary part is one of the worst of this company there is no salary hike. Like most of the supervisor or tl getting the less salary as per the agent salary.

Cheapest company ever no female safety people are abusive unprofessional and will make.you cry for salary if not trusting this comment then sure try yourself know it you will get your life's worst experience. No work life balance, job security and opportunities for permanent roles. They pull you for SMEs, TLs, Trainers, and QAs and once the seasonal business grows, they send you back to the associate role. They never work on upskilling individuals but uses them and send them back to so the associate role ie taking chats. Sheer politics and favouritism is there within the management for which no one takes action and we have no option to left with other than leaving the job....Read More
