Company is good got salary on time but no growth in company if you are hired as an agent there are 90 percnt chances you’ll leave the company even after 3-4 year you’ll still on the same position, however is the only part that sticks employees in this company

Only good thing were the incentives, which they don't provide anymore.

First of all their wage system , instead of paying a monthly revenue,, they are paying you by per hour, no chance of promotion or growth , the quality parameters are really really difficult to adhere ,everyday there is a new update, and slightest mistake can cost you your job or dampener in your incentives. No transport for boys, No meals , No perks , zero, the only good thing were the incentives, which they don't give anymore , Forget about Sunday week off, people who are newly promoted there, they think they own the company and can make you do anything....Read More
