Managers behavior towards there employees. Manager never gives appreciation to your hard work and efforts and don't give leaves when required on emergency

There's absolutely no learning. The company has no vision whatsoever. Management is not at all employee oriented. They hire and fire people like they don't matter. CEO Bhargav has NO VISION NO CONCERN about the employees. Please do yourself a favour let this company go if they offer you anything. Not worth it.
