Challenging as there was an opportunity to try and put in place some system but the management is not amenable to suggestions and everything works on ad hoc basis, on case to case basis. Lack of satisfaction, of having accomplished something.

No growth, career opportunities only for people pally with management. No skill development. Inconsistent salary distribution. PA who has a 4 years of experience gets paid more than people with 7 years and prestigious degrees. Management thinks its ok to abuse staff and interfere in their personal lives. No increments and favoritism is rampant. Frequent travel with very poor policies.
