Nothing that I can think of. Free tea and coffee

Dislikes

No growth, career opportunities only for people pally with management. No skill development. Inconsistent salary distribution. PA who has a 4 years of experience gets paid more than people with 7 years and prestigious degrees. Management thinks its ok to abuse staff and interfere in their personal lives. No increments and favoritism is rampant. Frequent travel with very poor policies.

No Management, The CEO is busy in his own world, the Director say something else, CEO say something different. As a senior resource you have to manage both. Although you may have your team, but for all practical purposes they report to CEO, even you can not approve/reject leave of your team member without taking a consent fro the CEO.
