They do not like to retain their employees nor give an adequate raise. If you ask for a raise, all of a sudden company do not have any information whatsoever and now your performance is an issue. Instead of giving raise, they will expect you to train a backup for them and hire a new person. Do not expect much support from team leads as they are promoted to fill a position not because they are talented. This company is bulls*it and there are no likes about it, If you want to have a growth in life make sure to improve your technical skills and move to abroad, because I think most of the companies in India will force employees to work overtime. So it completely depends on you, hustle now and enjoy later on!!
