Pros - Skill development is the best what you get ,You're going to learn so many things within few months (2) The managers are really supportive and all of them will help you to achieve excellence (3) there are many possibilities that you can grow at a higher pace then your friends and collogues depending upon your capacity to capture the knowledge .

Cons - There are no such cons pressure is something you will feel everywhere so i don't consider it as a con

Company's like Iopex which has good career growth and benefits are great to start the careers for Freshers

You have to be punctual and stick to the timings . which i think is not bad its is necessary and good to show dedication to your work

The one thing maybe the shifts like we cannot decide which shift we want to work in if we are not comfortable with the night shift then we cannot say that we cant work in the night shift we will have to work if the customer wants us to.

No job security, they can kick as anytime they want, we dont get the promised salary, shift timing is bad, worst management they have, they wont give any leave. nor they give work from home.
