For freshers this is a good company to start their carrier and good place to learn. Infrastructure is well built. Management including CEO is more employee friendly. Job security is high, iopex won't send any of their employees out even if they are in bench. Carrier growth will be high here if you work in a dedicated way.

Its not about dislike in this company, what i can say is areas need to be improved are providing free transport , Gym and dress code can be improved by allowing to wear round neck Tshirts.

As junior BA I will be assigning some works to do by my manager, myself and with help of and seniors i will complete it within time. There is no work pressure or mental stress. working here at iopex with more peaceful is a great positive thin

What is even wrong with such companies why are they not allowing someone to exit the company even when they are not doing well. A person who have already completed half of his/her notice period and are willing to even pay for the exit must simply be given their right to exit. A person who had got a better opportunities had to grow. Do not join this conpany. Very toxic.
