It's the comfortable place to work. Work culture over here is very productive. Everyone is cooperative, especially the senior officials.

I find myself lucky to work here. There are some good insurance policy benefits that company offered us like Group Personal Accident policy, Group Term Life Insurance, and a Mediclaim policy. Besides this insurance benefits, for female employees, company offers sufficient Maternity leaves during their pregnancy. Happy to see that company is so cautious about its employees.

I don’t believe in speaking anything negative about anyone

I like to work here as Supervisor because they have given me critical responsibilities. It is facilitating my development. There is something to self-learn always. I enjoy it.

1 or 2 policies which are not relevant at present are still there. This is what I feel, and I could be wrong

If you are ambitious, and are looking for a stabile career, then this is the place you should think. You will get good knowledge and work experience. People working around are very jovial. They treat everyone with equal respect.

Since I joined this place, I have seen that we work here in a team. There are many departments, and each department has a respective TL who directs others. Other superiors guide us with their constructive feedback upon certain task when needed. My colleagues have always been helpful to me.

Being a site supervisor, I take care of the entire site, and look after many aspects from managing labor to operational stuffs. I handle core activities and for me it’s essential to stay proactive while doing my duty. I am lucky for getting to do stuffs that I liked. I am satisfied and happy with my role and responsibility.

You will have to work in fast-paced work environment.

Good place to experience quality work knowledge. I get to do productive stuff every other day. Working in a fast paced work environment has made me more competent. HRMS portal is easy to use and works as an absolute employee management tool. Deserving ones can earn lucrative salary package.
