I have been working for this company for almost two years now and know what? I love the company's location and this city. The biggest advantage of living in this city is that it is very low-cost city. I must tell you, it is probably one of the safest and most livable cities in India, offering affordable houses with clean air and water. The canteen over here is a nice place to relax with healthy and tasty food on offer. Company also offers transport facility which is efficient, time and cost saving. Overall the facilities are nice over here.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
