Every thing is bad , There is no Festival Holidays, Every time they manipulate the rules, working culture very bad, Salary one month they will put in his pocket, and every month salary will credit 23rd to 25th date very late and There is no ethical values, Mainly food they'll charge for 45/- for casual ans 90 /- for Asst Manager level very bad food even dogs not eat that food, if you wanted to go leave 3 days you will apply 1 month before if you are not doing they will cut your salary 6 days, Late coming 5 minits after they will cut strictly half day salary, HR policies very bad every thing is Hiding. For example if you want to join before you ask to HR salary credit date they will not tell you and they hide salary credit date and one month salary they will put in his hand example if you join January 1 st they will credit March 23 to 25 th, so before you join you have to ask HR department leaves structures, Holidays structure, Shift timing, Food costs, Policies, every thing ask to HR they will not disclose that data after joining you will realize thease things....Read More

I am working here as a group leader and even in this position, I am glad to experience the real exposure of working on the root level. Also, I must say its all about your decisions to involve yourself. Regardless of your assigned responsibilities, all that matters is how committed you are. I have been working for this company for almost two years now and know what? I love the company's location and this city. The biggest advantage of living in this city is that it is very low-cost city. I must tell you, it is probably one of the safest and most livable cities in India, offering affordable houses with clean air and water. Recommended! Recommended! Recommended! Being a fresher, it’s my very first company. I love the atmosphere of this place. People are good. Seniors are thoughtful. They do not lay any sort of pressure on me. They give me time to understand things and work patiently as it’s all new to me. I am just so happy. Guys, definitely consider this place, if you’re a fresher.

The Maternity leave policy here is superb, as it gives women protected time to nurse their newborn or newly adopted children. Moreover, there is a canteen with a comfortable space to relax and eat healthy food for safe health. When one of my colleagues returned from maternity leave, she appreciated how the company supported her during her maternity process

Team work is encouraged here. We all work in collaboration with good understanding. The best part is we all help out each other in each other's tasks. I am happy to say that I am working among such good people who are very supportive in nature. I never felt left out in the team. The benefits that are given to employees here are considerable good. We have an insurance policy benefit including Group Personal Accident Policy, Group Term Life Insurance, and a Mediclaim policy. Besides, for female employees, they give Maternity leave benefit as well. Good to see that the company has covered every essential medical benefit for its employees.
