I am working here as a site supervisor in this company. I handle labor and many other operational activities. Working on site is always very challenging, but I like my job, and above all, the quality of work that I get to do here. Thanks for the opportunity.

Being a site supervisor, I take care of the entire site, and look after many aspects from managing labor to operational stuffs. I handle core activities and for me it’s essential to stay proactive while doing my duty. I am lucky for getting to do stuffs that I liked. I am satisfied and happy with my role and responsibility.

You will have to work in fast-paced work environment.

Elaborate training is provided to the employees over here. It helps to up skill and expand the knowledge level. Got to learn number of new methods and technologies. On work front everything is going in fine manner. Recently got promoted and received a hike. It was as per my expectation.

The culture over here is of the accommodating type. Right from the onboarding time they make you feel comfortable and at home. Adjusting to the working style is easy here. Seniors are there for you and guide in proper manner when required. You can work in pressure free environment

It's a place where you can definitely get a decent and valued work exposure. Just be eager to take on challenges and be steady with your performance. Always try to give your best, if you think you need help, ask the seniors around you, they will guide you without any hesitation. Just keep up with your level of performance, it's all that is needed here.

The benefits that are given to employees here are considerable good. We have an insurance policy benefit including Group Personal Accident Policy, Group Term Life Insurance, and a Mediclaim policy. Besides, for female employees, they give Maternity leave benefit as well. Good to see that the company has covered every essential medical benefit for its employees.
