Every thing is bad , There is no Festival Holidays, Every time they manipulate the rules, working culture very bad, Salary one month they will put in his pocket, and every month salary will credit 23rd to 25th date very late and There is no ethical values, Mainly food they'll charge for 45/- for casual ans 90 /- for Asst Manager level very bad food even dogs not eat that food, if you wanted to go leave 3 days you will apply 1 month before if you are not doing they will cut your salary 6 days, Late coming 5 minits after they will cut strictly half day salary, HR policies very bad every thing is Hiding. For example if you want to join before you ask to HR salary credit date they will not tell you and they hide salary credit date and one month salary they will put in his hand example if you join January 1 st they will credit March 23 to 25 th, so before you join you have to ask HR department leaves structures, Holidays structure, Shift timing, Food costs, Policies, every thing ask to HR they will not disclose that data after joining you will realize thease things....Read More
