People are kind-hearted. I remember one critical release where everyone, juniors and seniors alike worked together for a common cause. The way my senior guides me has been helpful. It was not only about the project, it seemed they had a personal interest in my growth.This made me feel more confident and improved me a lot professionally. I appreciate this supportive work environment

The training aspects that we have here is excellent. It not only supports growth and development and helps you maintain skill and knowledge if you are dedicated. Attend training and development programs conducted by management, those are very effective, I have got advantage out of it.

I must say that these guys took extra care of us when pandemic was everywhere. As per need they permit us that we work from home. They ask us that we not fall ill that time. Also ensure that we stay connected and work together online while lockdown was there. Will not forget

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
