We get to consistently maintain and upgrade our skills and knowledge as proper KT happens during the training. It helps a lot when we go on the floor with prior training. My performance get enhance. Training quality is right up there, very good I would say. Company with the desired work culture and interesting people.

Dislikes

Long hours of work you might have to do some of the time. But salary compensate it at least in my case. I don’t know about the others

Celebrations of various kinds are totally fun time. Occasions, festivals, birthdays and more are celebrated with all participating. It breaks the monotonous routine and brings about a pleasant change. Employees are fun loving over here. There is excitement and liveliness that can be felt. No issues on the work front.

The Campus Is Large And From What I Have Seen It Is Self-Sufficient. All The Required Things Are There. Facilities Are Also Available. Infrastructure Is Nice And Well-Maintained. Not Too Far From Where I Stay

They do it through encouragement, motivational talks, making available resources and introducing the required processes. A complete ecosystem is created. Managers and other seniors also contribute in a significant manner. Like this company very much

Detailed training is given to us. I personally find this training program much effective. Company has come up with this initiative to help us stay upskilled with current knowledge and skills. Talking about myself, I am enjoying my tenure over here. Recently I received promotion. I am much happy working here.

The company made available channels so that we could remain connected with each other online, while WFH was going on. This way we could work like from office and feeling of loneliness was not there. It gave a feeling that we are connected with each other. Job security was there, and we continued to receive the usual benefits as well. Would like to thank them for this.

What I like here is that there is plenty of scope for self-learning in addition to the training & development provided. It is fine as long as you make mistakes and learn from them. Superiors point out the mistakes, but in a constructive manner. It is the best form of learning I believe. This has enabled my growth as well.

Canteen facility is good over here. You can relax and enjoy healthy and tasty food over here. Besides, we also have transport facility that offers us a stress free commute experience. Such a transportation facility also offers safety grounds for women working here. Facilities offered here are good and offers absolute advantage to the employees.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
